Rev.Bernard Clifford, founder of Triumph in Christ Ministries International, is one of the Pastors at Potomac Valley Assemblies of God, Maryland USA. Bernard is also an Evangelist,Worship minister, Bible Teacher licensed and ordained by Assemblies of God, USA .

Bernard  is the son of renowned Evangelist Late Dr.Clifford Kumar from Chennai. We’ll known for his musical talents and profound Bible based preaching, he has a heart to save the lost, bring healing to the hurting and revive souls dying in deception and religion.

Bernard lives with his wife Rita Clifford at Clarksburg, Maryland and continues to glorify the name of the Lord Jesus, full time in ministry. Well known for his skill and expertise on the guitar and song writing he grew up serving the world with his talents but committed Himself to the Lord, surrendering Himself for full time ministry on completion of His Master’s Degree in Psychology. He has written several songs for the glory of God and has a ardent passion to share the love of God through His in-depth insight into the Word of God ,presenting it in a way that is very simplistic.He travels around the US and several parts of the world along with his wife Rita Clifford, ministering in prisons, churches, universities, youth ministries, de-addiction centers etc with a passion to share the good news of the victorious life in Christ Jesus to a world that is caught in a cycle of defeat and despair and bring them to the victory in Jesus Christ.
